# Deposition of Original Certificates: 

Following original certificates will be deposited by the students in the College till the candidate completes the course.

1. High School Certificate (for date of birth)

2. Higher Secondary Certificate

3. GNM Mark list 1st, 2nd & 3rd year

4. Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery

5. State Registration Certificate.

6. Experience Certificate

7. Cast Certificate

8. Migration Certificate

9. Affidavit Certificate

* Students will have to bring 8 copies of all relevant certificates (duly attested) at the time of admission.

* 10 Passport and 4 stamp size colored photographs

* 02 Passport size black and white photograph

# VACATIONS AND OTHER ABSENCES 

• Ten days during Deepawali

• Ten days during Christmas

• Twenty days summer vacation.

Vacations are planned to interfere as little as possible with the curriculum.  Extensions of leave are not permitted. Students will have to do extra duty for being absent due to illness or other reasons during summer vacations. Sick leave of 5 days in a year is permitted with the written permission of CMO (BMHRC)

# GENERAL CONDUCT

It is expected that the students during their training period in the College of Nursing should maintain strict codes of conduct in the matter of dress, behavior, language, and general attitudes.

                                              Satisfactory Conduct is required for the student to go for examination.  Any misconduct will be dealt with disciplinary action including suspension or dismissal.
