The Department of Nephrology is fully equipped, well staffed and an active clinical department of BMHRC. The department has attempted to add a new dimension to the practice of Nephrology in Central India. Except for kidney transplantation a full range of clinical services has been provided at par with the best anywhere.

The department has positioned it self as a nodal point for national level academic initiatives of Indian Society of Nephrology. It is at the forefront in dealing with complex Nephrology problems and is now a well developed vascular access service in Central India.
