Anaesthesiolgy
is a pivotal & integral discipline by virtue
of its support to all surgical & other highly
specialized disciplines. This has an impact on all
plans of tertiary care services.
The
department of Anaesthesiology & Critical care
medicine of Bhopal Memorial Hospital &
Research Center started in the year 2000. Since
the inception of the department, our mission is to
provide excellent and high-quality services
related to Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Pain
Management to patients of various disciplines and
also to meet complete health care needs of all
types of patients.
The
department has got seven full time consultants
along with twelve residents. All are dedicated to
the provision of the best services in their respective
coverage area.
The
department has conducted four mega academic
activities in the form of National and state
conferences.
The
department runs DNB courses in Anaesthesia, and in
future, plans to start the same course for
cardiac anaesthesia and critical care.
